| Due to a significant expansion, we require several new staff at Senior
Lecturer and Lecturer positions. The School offers a range of degree
courses in Computing, both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. New
staff are normally given the opportunity to teach in their specialist
area; however, there is a general requirement for staff to teach any
Computing subject at an elementary level. Our courses follow modern
syllabuses in software engineering, multimedia, artificial intelligence
and programming for the Internet and e-commerce.
You would also be expected to contribute to the School's growing
research reputation. Current areas of research include Knowledge Based
Systems,
Information Retrieval and Medical Informatics.
